Haven't been blogging for a while, so I have some updates

This team gig well it has some flaws, or should I say one major flaw. The quality of the work has gone down. They had an audit in south Jersey and it did not fare well. They had an audit and did not fare well in the same area last year before the team gig.

Also, the higher ups seam to much concern about hours spent in the store than store needs. They spend hours spent in the store based on store revenue. Well if the store looks like crap because of the less hours, guess what, there goes you your renvenues. Suggestion cut the pay for CEO's and middle management until company recovers.
