IMA Possibly Gone

Home has made the decision that Department Heads know more than their IMA(Invenetory Management Associate) . They plan to get rid of the IMA position and give the ordering responsibilty over to the Deptartment Head who already has enought on the plate and in some cases cannot order.

This come at a time when the company plans to switch over to their automatic replenishment system which needs acccurate inventory figures to make right ordering decision. The IMA's make sure that the inventory counts stay correct.
