In the latest move to revamp the Home Depot, Atlanta decided to get rid of the Overnight Crew, Inventory Management Associates(IMA), and Packdown Crews in stores making under 35 Million Dollars. Two shifts of Part Timers will replace the Overnight Crews. On shift will work from 4AM to 8Am and 8PM to 12. IMA's will be replaced by 3 Inventory Control Associates.
This new position will have a cut in pay, as well as rotating hours. Saturdays will be expected. The current IMA hours start at 4 AM and work Monday through Saturday. Needless to say we have many unhappy people.
